All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days using UPS or US Postal Service.

Please be aware, delivery time is calculated in business days. If you expect to receive your order by a certain date, please contact us in order to make sure your order is received on time.


On orders $100 and up

We will ship any product costing $100+ for free.

This offer is not applicable to products with price lowered under $100 by a promotion or gift certificate.


Damaged Package

When using shipping services, we would like the delivery to be as fast as possible. At same time, we expect our packages to be handled with great care throughout their journey. Unfortunately, some packages are mishandled during transit in some way and there are many factors that can affect the shipment.

On the rare occasion that your package actually arrives with signs of loss or damage, it is important to open it while the driver is still present. You will be asked to write a report on the unfortunate delivery, including photos and a detailed description of the damage. Mail Service provider is responsible for such damage during transportation. When you claim your lost to us, we ask photos of original package and our products.
